    Pepper Slaw

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups chopped or shredded cabbage
    1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
    1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
    3/4 cup sliced celery
    1/2 cup sliced onion
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 teaspoons celery salt
    1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
    1/4 teaspoon celery seed
    1/2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/2 tablespoon dry mustard

    Recipe

    Toss vegetables together in a large mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. Toss to mix. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors.

    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
