    Cranberry Pork Roast

    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (3-4 lb) boneless or loin pork roast
    1 c ground or finely chopped cranberries
    1/4 c honey
    1 t freshly grated orange peel
    1/8 t ground cloves
    1/8 t freshly grated nutmeg (or powdered is fine)
    Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until roast is tender. Slice and serve hot.
