    Spaghetti Sauce

    1 1/2 l. lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic; minced
    56 oz. diced tomatoes
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    15 oz. tomato paste
    2 tsp. beef bouillon
    3 Tbs minced parsley
    1 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1 1/2 tsp dried basil

    Brown beef, onion and garlic, drain. Combine mixture with tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bouillon and brown sugar. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, turn heat setting HIGH. Stir in oregano and basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
