Wild Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup uncooked long-grained rice
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
1 envelope onion soup mix
4 cup water
1 bunch green onions, chopped
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup melted butter
Option: Add 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley for eye appeal and added flavor.
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in lightly greased crockpot. Cover, cook on HIGH 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
