Cheese Cake Squares

List of Ingredients




1 stick butter or margarine
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (reduced fat works well too)
1 tsp. vanilla



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt one stick butter or margarine and add to yellow cake mix. Beat one egg and add to mixture. Mix well and pat into buttered 9x13 pan. Mix 1 lb. powdered sugar, softened 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 beaten eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour over cake mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Toothpick will come out clean. Do not overcook.
