    Crockpot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

    List of Ingredients




    15 oz can solid pack pumpkin
    12 oz can evaporated milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbs melted butter
    2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    Whipped cream for garnish

    Recipe



    In a large bowl mix together all ingredients. Transfer to crockpot coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until firm. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
