    List of Ingredients




    4 large tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbs chopped fresh dill
    4 Tbs olive oil, divided
    � tsp salt, divided
    1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 small zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 pound bow-tie pasta, cooked according to package directions

    Recipe



    Combine tomatoes, Parmesan, dill, 2 tablespoons oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper in large bowl. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook, stirring, until onion is tender and beginning to brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in zucchini and cook until golden, 4 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt; cook 1 minute. Add wine; bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Toss hot pasta and zucchini mixture with tomatoes in large serving bowl.

    Makes 6 servings.
