    Plum Tomato-Feta Pasta

    Ladies' Home Journal

    1 pound dried radiatore or corkscrew pasta
    3 cups finely diced plum tomatoes
    3 Tbs olive oil
    1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 cup chopped red onion



    Start to cook radiatore according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Drain pasta; add to tomato mixture and toss.

    Makes 6 servings
