    Vegetable Tortilla Soup

    List of Ingredients




    2 cans (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
    1 can (10 oz.) Milder RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 bag (1 lb.) frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cups water
    18 tortilla chips, broken
    1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    In a 3-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients except tortilla chips
    and cheese. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    Divide broken tortillas and cheese evenly among 6 soup bowls.
    Pour soup into bowls over the chips and cheese. Serve
    immediately.

    Makes 6 servings.
