I love to do a Mexican buffet
List of Ingredients
1 pkg. 12" flour tortillas
3 cups Monteray Jack, shreded
2 cups chopped tomatoes, drained and seeded
1/2 hamburger
1 cup chopped black olives Recipe
Saute hamburger; crumble and drain.
Combine with tomatoes.
Assemble each pizza by placing 5 tortillas on cookie sheets, sprinkling with half the cheese.
Add 1/5 beef/tomatoes to each and top with remaining tortillas.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and decorate with some olives.
Bake at 325 for 10-15 min. or until cheese is melted.
Cut into wedges and serve 12-15 as first course.
