    Fudgy Chocolate Cookie Bars


    1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter or margarine
    2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
    1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl, combine flour, confectioners' sugar and cocoa; cut in butter (mixture will be dry). Press firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.

    In medium saucepan, over low heat, combine 1 cup chocolate chips, EAGLE BRAND and vanilla; stirring constantly until chips are melted.

    Pour chocolate mixtureevenly over prepared crust. Top with nuts and remaining 1 cup chocolate chips; press down firmly. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate if desired. Cut into bars. Store
    leftovers tightly covered at room temperature.
