Vanilla Bean Pudding
Sugar 3/4 cup
2% reduced-fat milk 2 1/2 cups,
Cornstarch 3 tablespoons
salt 1/8 teaspoon
vanilla bean, split lengthwise 1
egg yolks 2 large
butter 4 teaspoonsRecipe
Add vanilla seeds in the milk and boil it. Now combine cornstarch, sugar and salt in a large bowl and stir well.
Add egg yolks in it and blend well. Now add half of the milk gradually inside it and mix well. Stir it with the whisk. Now boil all this with left milk in the pan.
Now spoon the pudding in the bowl and place it in a ice filled bowl for 15 minutes with stirring occasionally.
Cover it with plastic wrap and chill.
