    Golden Pizza Fondue

    1 tablespoon minced onion
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 can (16 ounce) stewed tomatoes
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup Roberts Milk
    1 pound mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

    Saute onion and garlic in melted butter until tender, but not brown. Add flour. Stir in tomatoes, breaking them up with a spoon. Add basil, oregano, cayenne and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Slowly stir in milk. Add Cheddar cheese, a little at a time, stirring until melted. Add Parmesan cheese. Pour into fondue pot and keep warm. It may be necessary to stir in a little hot milk if mixture becomes too thick. Serve with bread cubes.
