    These are really good and are by far the best stuffed mushrooms I have had.


    List of Ingredients


    • 48 Large Mushrooms
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1 pound pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
    • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (NOT fat-free or reduced-fat)
    • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, mealted
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
    • 2 teaspoons spicy mustard
    • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Remove mushroom stems, wash caps and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
    3. Stuff into the mushroom caps.
    4. Place on greased baking pan.
    5. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 16-20 minutes or until heated through.
