    Fresh Cut French Fries

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/4 pounds of potatoes
    • 5 garlic cloves
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Olive Oil
    • Few Thyme Sprigs


    Instructions


    1. Cut potatoes about 1/2 inch thick.

    2. Grab a pot and fill it 1/2 the way with water and add salt to it.

    3. Bring the water to a boil. Once the water is boiling add the fries and boil the fries for 5 to 7 minutes.

    4. Place fries on a paper towel on a plate. Allow a minute for the fries to drain.

    5. Pour Olive Oil over the fries

    6. Sprinke Pepper on the fries.

    7. Get a skillet and pour Olive oil in it, (about 1/8 of a cup)

    8. Mash garlic and put in skillet

    9. Add the fries next in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle Olive oil and a few Thyme sprigs on the fries while they are cooking.

    10. Once fries are done, take them out and put them on a paper towel to drain.

    11. Let fries stand for 2 minutes and then serve.
