List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef for stir fry
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 - 8 oz. can pieces and stems mushrooms
- 1 - 26 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup (family sized)
- 1 - 16 oz. size sour cream
- 1 - 12 oz. bag extra-wide egg noodles
Instructions
- Cook noodles as directed on bag.
- Brown beef and garlic, add salt and pepper to season.
- Add in mushrooms and allow to simmer until most of th e mushroom juice has cooked off.
- Add soup, stir thoroughly.
- Add 1/2 sour cream, stir thoroughly.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Cover and continue to simmer another 10 minutes.
- Remove cover and simmer until stroganoff is at desired consistency.
- Add remainder of sour cream to cooked noodles. Combine sauce and noodles.
- Enjoy!
