Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole

Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole
1 stick butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
1 large jar Cheese Whiz
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
4 cups cooked Minute Rice
Melt butter and then saut� onion over medium heat until tender. Add frozen broccoli and saut�, once thawed and broken apart. Add Cheese Whiz and soup. Cook until well blended. Mix cooked rice and cheese mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
