    Simple RUNZA CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients




    RUNZA CASSEROLE

    2 Lbs. Hamburger
    2 Onions, finely chopped
    4 Cups shredded cabbage
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    2 Tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 Lbs. Mozzarella cheese shredded

    Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Put cabbage on top of
    meat and steam for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper.
    Using one tube spread the crescent roll pieces over the
    bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Spread the hamburger and cabbage
    mixture on the crescent rolls. Add a layer of cheese.
    Using the other tube of crescent rolls, put pieces on the
    top of the cheese. Bake in 350 deg. Oven for35-40 minutes.
    Covering with foil the last 10 minutes to soften the crust.
