    Honey Pickled Beets

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups honey
    1 cup white vinegar
    2 (1 inch) cinnamon sticks
    6 whole cloves

    Fill jars with whole or cut up beets. Bring honey, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves to a boil, pour over beets and seal. Place in a hot water bath canner for 1 hour or in a pressure canner for 30 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
