    Serves: 9 Points: 3

    1-1/2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick�
    1/3 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup Fat Free Soy Milk
    2 medium golden delicious apples, peeled and cubed
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup boiling water
    FF Cool Whip (10 servings-20 Tbsp-for whole cake)

    Directions
    1. Heat oven to 350F. Coat a 9x9x2 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Mix Bisquick, Splenda and milk together. Spread into prepared pan. Top with apples; pour lemon juice over apples.
    3. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon together and sprinkle over apple mixture. Pour boiling water over apple mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    4. Top with fat free cool whip while cake is still hot.
