Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

List of Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon bakign soda
- 1 - 12 oz package milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1 small box of vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat 325 degrees.
- Beat butter, sugars and eggs with electric mixer.
- Mix in flour and baking soda.
- Mix in dry pudding mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop by TABLESPOON on baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook on top rack for 10 minutes or until LIGHTLY brown on bottom.
- You can use parchment paper on the cookie sheets or spray with non stick spray.
- Makes 24 cookies.
Final Comments
The key to soft cookies is removing them when the are ALMOST completely done. They will continue to cook a few minutes when you take them out of the oven.
