Maple Glazed Salmon

List of Ingredients

1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground ancho chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
4 (6 oz) Alaskian salmon filets
cooking spray
1 Tbp maple syrup


Recipe

Preheat broiler.

Combine frist 6 ingredients, rub spice mixture evenly over flesh side of fillets.

Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

Broil 6 minutes or until desired degree to doneness.

Brush filets with syrup, broil 1 minute.
