    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large can of whole tomatoes
    • 4 carrots
    • 1 small cabbage
    • 2 peppers (green, red or yellow)
    • 2 small zucchini
    • 1 small onion
    • 3 celery stalks
    • 1 can cut green beans


    Instructions


    1. puree tomatoes in a blender
    2. pour into a pot and add water for volume if desired
    3. add all raw veggies and cook over low heat until tender
    4. add canned veggies for the last 20 minutes of cookin
