    1 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 package McCormick� Mushroom Gravy Mix
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon white wine (optional)
    1 cup water

    Recipe



    1. In a large skillet, saut� mushrooms in oil over medium-high heat.

    2. Combine gravy mix with water. Add to skillet and bring to a boil. Simmer 1 minute.

    3. Combine 2 tablespoons of gravy mixture with sour cream. Slowly stir into gravy
