    Brown Sugar Brownies

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
    • 2 1/2 measuring teaspoons baking powder
    • 3/4 cup butter, softened
    • 1 1/4 cups sugar
    • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
    • 1 measuring teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 12-ounce package chocolate chips
    • 1 12-ounce package toffee bits


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

    2. In a small bowl, combine flour and baking soda; set aside.

    3. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.

    4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.

    6. Stir in chocolate chips and toffee bits.

    7. Spread batter evenly in well greased 15x10x1-nch baking pan.

    8. Bake 35-40 minutes.

    9. Cool; cut into two-inch squares.
