    Recipe Introduction

This is great and easy cobbler! A simple yet excellent dessert to serve for company without all the fuss. Top with a dolllop of whipped cream or vanillas ice cream if you like!

    List of Ingredients

1 can of pie filling ( your choice: apple, blueberry, cherry etc.)
2 cups of yellow cake mix
    6 Tbsp. of evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

    Recipe

Spray your crockpot with a non stick cooking spray. Add your pie filling to your crockpot, cover and cook on High for 30 minutes. While your pie filling is cooking, mix together 2 cups of your boxed cake mix, egg, evaporated milk and (optional cinnamon & walnuts if using). This should be a crumbly, dough consistency.
After the filling has cooked for 30 minutes, remove the cover and spoon the doughy crumb mixture over the top of your filling. Do Not Sir! Place cover back on crockpot. Cook on Low for 2 to 3hrs. Check with toothpick inserted into the cake topping. Toothpick should come out clean. Serve warm! Enjoy!
