    List of Ingredients


    • margarine
    • sugar
    • vanilla
    • eggs
    • apples
    • lemon
    • flour
    • baking powder
    • milk


    Instructions


    1. Cream 1/2 cup margarine, blend in 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
    2. Add 1 3/4 cup flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder,and 4 tablespoons milk.
    3. Mix Well.
    4. Spread in a spring-form pan.
    5. Place about 1 pound peeled and sliced apples on top.
    6. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or til golden.
