    • 1 3/4 CUP SUGAR
    • 1/4 CUP COCOA
    • 1 TSP. BAKING SODA
    • 1 TSP. SALT
    • 2 TSP. VANILLA
    • 3 EGGS
    • 3/4 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER
    • 1/2 CUP SOUR MILK
    • 1 CUP COCA COLA
    • 1 1/2 CUPS MINATURE MARSHMALLOWS
    • ICING;
    • 1/4 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER
    • 3 TABLESPOONS COCOA
    • 1/4 CUP COLA
    • 2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
    • 1 CUP PECANS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
    2. IN LARGE BOWL, MEASURE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT COLA AND MARSHMALLOWS.
    3. BLEND WELL AT LOWEST SPEED, BEAT 1 MINUTE AT MEDIUM SPEED
    4. HEAT COLA AND MARSHMALLOWS IN SAUCEPAN UNTIL MARSHMALLOWS MELT.
    5. ADD COLA TO DRY MIXTURE, BLEND WELL.
    6. SPREAD BATTER INTO WELL GREASED 13X9 INCH PAN.
    7. BAKE ABOUT 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL WOODEN PICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.
    8. COOL ABOUT 30 MINUTES THEN SPREAD ON ICING.
    9. ICING; IN SMALL MIXER BOWL, COMBINE 1/4 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER,
    10. 3 TABLESPOONS COCOA, 1/4 CUP COLA, AND 2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR.
    11. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. IF DESIRED STIR IN TOASTED PECANS.
