    List of Ingredients


    • 14 OUNCE CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
    • 1/4 CUP HONEY ,OPTIONAL FOR EXTRA SWEETNESS
    • 1 BANANA, SLICED
    • 1/2 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
    • 1 TEASPOON COCONUT EXTRACT
    • 2/3 CUP RICE MILK OR CAN USE SKIM MILK


    Instructions


    1. BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER.
    2. POUR INTO POPSICLE MOLDS OR SMALL PAPER CUPS WITH WOODEN STICKS.
    3. FREEZE UNTIL READY TO EAT.
