    List of Ingredients


    • 4 egg whites(or 2 whole eggs
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 4 tsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1-2/3 cup plain or lowfat granola
    • 1 cup sun-maid raisins
    • 3 Tbsp toasted wheat germ
    • 3 Tbsp raw sunflower kernels
    • 4 Tbsp sesame seeds


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar with a whisk until smooth. Beat in oil, cinnamon and extract.
    2. Stir in rermaning ingredients; blend well. Generously coat 13x9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    3. Turn raisin mixture into pan; pat to even layer. Bake at 300* F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
    4. Cool for 5 minutes in pan. Cut into 4 dozen bite size pieces. Store in a airtight container or pack into small plastic bags for on the go snacking.
