    1/2 cup warm water
    2 Tblsp. active dry yeast
    2 Tblsp. sugar
    1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 cup melted butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    6 cups flour

    Filling:

    1 cup butter (softened)
    2 cups brown sugar
    4 tsp. cinnamon

    Frosting:

    1 stick butter (softened)
    1 cream cheese (8 oz.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
    3 Tblsp. milk

    Recipe



    Combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir until dissolved, and set aside. In a large bowl, prepare pudding according to the package. Add butter, eggs, salt and mix well. Add yeast mixture and blend. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.

    Roll dough onto a floured surface to 34 x 21 inches in size.

    Spread softened butter over dough. Prepare filling mixture and sprinkle over buttered dough. Roll dough very tightly and cut into 1-1/2" slices and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan at least 1 inch apart. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Frost while rolls are still warm.
