    Made these for the first time this Christmas (2006). Will definitely make again!!

    List of Ingredients




    2 sticks butter
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup molasses
    3 cups flour
    1 Tblsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add molasses and combine well. Mix in flour, soda and spices.

    Chill dough before rolling.

    Once it's chilled, roll out onto a floured surface and cut with gingerbread cookie cutters.

    Place on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min.
