    1 bag frozen meatballs
    2 Tblsp. cornstarch
    20 oz. can pineapple tidbits (drained - reserve juice)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1 Tblsp. soy sauce
    1/3 cup chopped green pepper

    Recipe



    Mix cornstarch and sugar. Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce - mix until smooth. Cook about one minute until thickened.

    Put meatballs in crockpot. Add sauce, pineapple and green pepper. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low while serving.
