Quick Party Crab Crisps

Ingredients :
1/2 cup mayonnaise (do not use "Miracle Whip)
9 slices thin white sandwich bread (crusts removed)
1-1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup imitation crab meat
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
1 tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Quick Party Crab Crisps



Instructions :
1) Lightly brush a miniature tart pan well mayonnaise (use approx. 1 tbs.).


2) Cut bread pieces with cookie cutter or a small glass and press lightly to flatten. Press flattened bread pieces into tart pan.

3) Combine mayonnaise, cheese, crab meat, onions, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Spoon crab mixture into each tart cup.

4) Preheat oven at 350 and bake until lightly browned. Serve warm with lemon and/or seafood sauce.
