    Rub 2 T olive oil into meat

    Combine the following:

    2 T Chili Powder
    1 T Oregano ( or to taste)
    1 T Paprika
    2 t garlic powder
    4 pinches salt
    15 grinds pepper

    Rub into meat- let set for 15 minutes, then broil or grill.
