2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
a cup Herman starter
1/4 c vegetable oil

Herman SOURDOUGH HOT ROLLS



Combine dry ingredients mixing well Stir in sourdough starter and oil Tiurn dough out on floured surface and knead till smooth and elastic (8-10 minutes) Shape dough into 2-inch balls. Cover and let rise in warm place free from drafts for 30 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes. 15 rolls
