    Christmas Cheesecake Bars

    3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
    3/4 C. sugar
    1 t. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 C. butter or margarine, melted
    3 T. sugar

    Christmas Cheesecake Bars



    Mix cream cheese, 3/4 C. sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix crumbs, butter and 3 T. sugar; press into 13 x 9" baking pan.
    Pour batter over crust.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Makes 24 bars.

    Suggestions with recipe:
    1. Decorate bars with decorating gels and sprinkles to resemble presents.
    2. Do not cut bars. Decorate with gels and sprinkles to create a Christmas tree.
