    Dropped Brownies

    Dropped Brownies:

    2 (4-ounces) packages German Chocolate
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup chopped walnuts

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter in top of a double boiler over hot water. Stir and cool. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, a little at a time, and beat until thick, Blend in chocolate. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto sprayed, baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until brownies feel firm and top springs back when touched
