    Quiche for One


    List of Ingredients
    1/4 cup sausage cooked and drained
    1 egg
    1/3 cup milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of ground mustard
    1 slice of bread; crusts removed
    1 green onion sliced
    1 Tbls. shredded cheddar






    Instructions


    In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk and seasonings.


    Cube the bread; and place in an 8 oz custard cup.


    Top with the sausage and onions.


    Pour egg mix over the top.


    Sprinkle with cheese.


    Bake, uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
