    Amaretto

    2 C. Sugar
    2 C. Water
    Bring to boil, then reduce and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir
    occasionally. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in:
    2 C. Vodka
    2 C. Brandy
    3 to 4 tsp Almond Extract
    Bottle and let sit in a dark place for 30 days.
