CHEESY MACARONI AND MEATBALLS
2 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons each finely chopped onion, green pepper, parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 box macaroni and cheese dinner mix
1 small container sour cream
1 cups milk
1 lb. ground beef

CHEESY MACARONI AND MEATBALLS
In medium bowl combine eggs,bread crumbs, onion, green pepper,parsley 1/2 teaspoon oregano, garlic salt, and dash of pepper. Add ground meat, mix throughly. Shape into 24 meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake in 375�F oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook macaroni by package directions; drain. Combine cheese mix from package dinner, sour cream, and remaining oregano, beat in milk. Stir in cooked macaroni. Put into ungreased baking dish top with meatballs and bake uncovered in 375�F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
