    Chicken Marsella

    Cut raw chicken breast into small chunks
    Roll chicken chunks in flower
    Put a 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large frying pan
    Heat frying pan and drop in the chicken chunks
    Heat until chicken is golden brown
    Empty one small can of mushrooms into the frying pan
    Add one cup of Marsella cooking wine and mix in to make a sauce
    Serve over rice
