    French Vinaigrette


    1 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    4 tbsp wine vinegar
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp each of chopped fresh basil, tarragon, and oregano





    Recipe



    French Vinaigrette


    Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk. Toss salad with some of the vinaigrette just before serving. Place salad in bowl or platter and spoon dressing over entire salad. Serve immediately.
