    Cold Strawberry Soup:

    2-1/4 cups strawberries
    1/3 cups sugar
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup light red wine

    Place strawberries and sugar in blender and puree. Pour into a bowl, stir in creams and blend well. Add 1-1/4 cups water and wine. Stir and chill.
