List of Ingredients




1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
8 tbsp. (1 stick) butter, room temp.
� cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-tsp. pure almond extract or pure vanilla extract
4 cups confectioner�s sugar, sifted


Recipe



Blend cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Add cocoa powder, extract and confectioner�s sugar and blend on low speed until ingredients are moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat until frosting is fluffy, 2 minutes more. Use at once.

Makes 4 cups.
