Buy a good brand of stick margarine when it�s on sale. Let one pound (a whole box) reach room temperature. DO NOT melt it as it changes the characteristics and it will not work. Beat the margarine together with 2 cups corn oil, adding the corn oil a little at a time, until the margarine and corn oil are well blended and smooth. Put in a squeeze type bottle and use like the expensive kind. Keep refrigerated when not in use. This recipe makes about 6 cups.
