    6 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
    4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, room temp.
    1-tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 � cups confectioner�s sugar, sifted

    Recipe



    Place white chocolate in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat and let cool. Beat cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer on low speed until well-combined, 30 seconds. Add the melted white chocolate and blend on low for 30 seconds. Add the vanilla and confectioner�s sugar and blend on low speed for 30 seconds more. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat until the frosting is fluffy, 1 minute more. Frost cake and refrigerate until serving time. Makes 3 cups.
