    This is their version of Crunch 'n Munch


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 cups of popped microwave natural flavor popcorn
    • 1/4 cup Spanish nuts
    • 1/2 cup butter ( 1 stick )
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup white corn syrup


    Instructions


    1. Spread popcorn and peanuts on a baking sheet and keep warm in your oven set to 300 while you prepare the topping. Do not preheat oven
    2. Melt butter in a medium pan on low heat
    3. Add sugar and syrup and simmer, stir constantly.
    4. Place a candy thermometer in mixture
    5. When it reaches 300, pour the topping over the warm popcorn and nuts.
    6. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes, stir again to coat. Repeat if necessary to coat all the corn.
    7. Pour onto wax paper. When cool break up chunks into bite size pieces.
    8. Store in an airtight container.
