    Thanksgiving: Stuffing Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 bags seasoned croutons
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    1 bunch celery (chop all stalks)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 eggs
    1 box Uncle Ben�s wild rice mix, cooked as directed on package

    Recipe

    Soak croutons in broth, set aside. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add sausage, celery, water chestnuts and rice mixture; mix well. Whisk eggs and butter together; fold into croutons. Fold all ingredients together. Pour into buttered 9-by-13-inch baking or casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 12
