    Very Crabby Crab Cakes

    List of Ingredients


    • 10 Ritz crackers crushed ( 1/3 cup crumbs )
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 1/4 cup mayonaise
    • 1 Tbls. worcestershire
    • 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    • 1 pkg imitaion crab meat cut up fine


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400

    2. Add together the beaten eggs, mayo, worcestershire, Old Bay and cracker crumbs. Blend well.

    3. Add crab meat and blend through.

    4. Spray a 9x13 pan.

    5. Scoop ice cream scoop sizes of mixture onto pan and flatten slightly.

    6. Bake crab cakes til just slightly brown turning once in the middle. Cooking time is about 10 minutes.

    7. Serve with tartar on buns.
